Job opening in Nottingham Office: Invoicing administrator
We are currently looking for a well organised individual who will join our processing invoices department based in Nottingham, UK with fluent English both oral and written. Previous experience in customer or B2B service environment will be advantageous.
Key responsibilities:
– preparing and finalising sales invoices
– dealing with customer invoice queries
– preparing purchase invoices
– answering telephone and other ad hoc duties as required
Candidate Profile:
– good manners and professional etiquette
– educated to GCSE level as a minimum
– “can do” attitude
– Polish language spoken and written
– IT literate -MS office
– team worker
– good telephone manner
– other foreign languages welcome
